Destination Wedding Package Guidelines
The hairstylist is responsible for:

-
Providing exceptional hair styling services for the bride, bridal party, and other clients on the day of the wedding. This includes any trial or practice sessions.

Bringing all necessary professional styling tools, products, and equipment.
-
Being on time and prepared to provide discussed services at the agreed upon schedule.
-
Providing a high level of communication, customer service and artistry.

Booking and paying for the stylist's travel needs, including flights, hotel, rental car, parking, tolls, and ground transportation.
-
Providing transportation for the stylist to and from the wedding venue and any appointments or rehearsals.
-
Paying all travel-related costs. The stylist's labor fees are separate.

Arranging parking and covering any related fees.
-
Alternatively, the hairstylist can also independently organize her flight and accommodation, with the expenses covered by the client.
Inclusion of the "Destination Wedding Package":
The hairstylist "Meg" will be with you for the full 6 hours, giving you plenty of time to get the most out of your hair styling experience. You can use this time for either:
-
Having her do only your wedding hair, touch-ups for photos, and a second look for your reception, or
-
Having her style you and your party. Meg can usually take 4 people comfortably within that 6-hour time frame.
What's not included in the "Destination Wedding Package":
-
Travel costs like airfare, lodging, rental car, gas, tolls, parking fees
-
Meals and incidental expenses during the trip
-
Required vaccinations or visas for international destinations
-
Change fees for flight or hotel if wedding date/location is rescheduled
-
Tips for other vendors at the wedding location
Payment Schedule:
-
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure the hairstylist's services for the client's wedding date.
-
The remaining 50% balance is due in full on the day the hair services are provided, at the start of the appointment before styling begins.
Refund Policy:
-
All deposits paid to secure the hairstylist's services for a destination wedding date are non-refundable under any circumstances. (No refunds will be provided for the non-refundable deposit even if the date changes or services are canceled for any reason. The deposit amount locks in the stylist's time and availability.)
For Rescheduling or Cancellation:
-
The hairstylist reserves time exclusively for each client's appointment. If the client needs to reschedule or cancel, the stylist requests at least 30 days advance notice so that the time can be made available to other clients.
-
Rescheduling the wedding date less than 30 days in advance will require full payment of the total hair styling bill. This includes non-refundable deposit and labor fees.
-
Please remember that all deposits for the wedding are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disaster, labor disputes, civil disorder, pandemic disease, or hazardous weather conditions ("Force Majeure Event").
In the case of a Force Majeure Event, the affected party shall make reasonable efforts to notify the other party of the circumstances. If a Force Majeure Event causes services to be canceled indefinitely, any deposits will be refunded in full.
For "Destination Wedding Package", the client is responsible for booking and paying for all travel arrangements. Any expenses incurred, such as for airfare, lodging, or transport, will not be included in refunds. Only the stylist's labor fees will be refunded if services must be canceled indefinitely due to a Force Majeure Event.
We will communicate with empathy and understanding to reschedule displaced appointments as conditions allow. This clause intends to provide relief to both client and business in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside reasonable control.
